Bạn có thể yêu cầu Evoryx xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân mà chúng tôi đã thu thập, bao gồm dữ liệu nhận được qua Facebook Login, bằng một trong các cách dưới đây.
Cách 1: Gỡ ứng dụng Evoryx khỏi Facebook
- Đăng nhập Facebook, vào Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt.
- Chọn Ứng dụng và trang web (Apps and Websites).
- Tìm ứng dụng Evoryx và bấm Gỡ (Remove).
- Đánh dấu tùy chọn xóa các bài viết, video hoặc sự kiện mà Evoryx đã đăng thay bạn (nếu muốn), rồi xác nhận.
Thao tác này thu hồi toàn bộ quyền truy cập của Evoryx vào tài khoản và Fanpage của bạn. Để xóa cả dữ liệu đã lưu trên hệ thống của chúng tôi, vui lòng thực hiện thêm Cách 2.
Cách 2: Gửi yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu qua email
Gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu”, kèm theo:
- Họ tên và email bạn dùng để đăng ký Evoryx;
- Tên tài khoản Facebook hoặc Fanpage đã kết nối (nếu có).
Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu
- Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc và có thể liên hệ để xác minh bạn là chủ tài khoản.
- Toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan (thông tin hồ sơ, email, access token Fanpage, dữ liệu livestream và bình luận) sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Bạn sẽ nhận được email xác nhận khi việc xóa hoàn tất.
- Một số dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại nếu pháp luật yêu cầu (ví dụ: hóa đơn, chứng từ thanh toán), và chỉ được dùng cho mục đích đó.
User Data Deletion Instructions (English)
You can request that Evoryx delete all personal data we have collected about you, including data received through Facebook Login.
Option 1: Remove Evoryx from Facebook
- Go to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Evoryx and click Remove.
- Optionally choose to delete posts, videos or events Evoryx published on your behalf, then confirm.
This revokes all Evoryx access to your account and Pages. To also delete data stored on our servers, please complete Option 2.
Option 2: Email a deletion request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including your name, the email used for Evoryx, and the Facebook account or Page you connected (if any).
What happens next
We acknowledge your request within 3 business days and may contact you to verify account ownership. All related data (profile information, email, Page access tokens, livestream and comment data) is permanently deleted within 30 days, and we will email you a confirmation once it is done. Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. invoices).
